Rebecca Goldfarb

Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney

At twelve, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer to make a difference in people’s lives. At Goldfarb & Luu, I am able to fulfill my passion for making a positive difference by knowing that our clients’ wishes will be honored whenever they need to use their estate planning documents. I always assist my clients with compassion, support, and devotion through difficult times.

I am dedicated to serving our clients with the highest degree of competency, empathy and honesty. I know I’ve succeeded when clients tell me they “love us,” “they don’t know how they could have gotten through the past few months without us,” or they are so grateful to have found us and really feel peace of mind knowing that together we have taken care of everything. Knowing we have served our clients and their families at this level feeds my soul.

Education & Professional Background

I am a graduate of Northwestern School of Law Lewis and Clark College and did my undergraduate at UC Berkeley. I am a member of the California Bar Associations and am a certified POLST trainer.

Personal

As a mom, there’s nothing better than loving my daughter and her mind and body grow up. She’s been coming to the office regularly since she was born and during the pandemic, starting at 5 years old, attempted to “lead” team meetings. On non-school days, she’s now able to do a little “work” at the office (for pay of course). At home, my husband and I spend time with her, our horses and our beloved cat.

Over the past decade or more, I have been recognized with awards and honors from my work but I care more about Maya Angelou’s quote, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said [and even] what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
