But in order to help more people with our exceptional level of service, we need another lawyer.

We’re immediately looking for an attorney to work part-time or full-time, who is admitted to practice in CA and is in good standing with State Bar, to work on litigation matters and make court appearances. Preferably, you have experience in estate planning and elder law litigation. If not, you must have experience in litigation.

You will take ownership of your own cases and manage your own clients immediately. You will advocate, argue and object. You will write petitions, objections and motions. It’s exciting work and there is a lot of satisfaction we find in helping people, but also can be challenging and stressful. You will learn hands on under the guidance and support of our team. We are extraordinarily busy and fast-paced environment.

The position starts immediately, but we will wait for the right person. We are open to full-time or part-time position.

For full-time, the salary starts at $125,000, depending upon the level of experience.
